Partner Program Terms & Conditions

By registering for the DigitalNode Partner Program, you agree to the following terms. These ensure a professional, transparent, and mutually beneficial relationship between DigitalNode and our Partners.

1. Commission Structure & Payouts

Recurring Rewards: Partners receive a 20% recurring monthly commission on “Essential Business” (£29.99) and “Essential Ecommerce” (£49.99) plans.
12-Month Minimum Term: Commissions are tied to the client’s contract. If a client defaults on their 12-month minimum term, the associated partner commission will cease immediately.
Minimum Withdrawal: Earnings can be withdrawn once a total balance of £50.00 is reached.
Maturation Period: All commissions are subject to a 31-day holding period to verify successful payment and prevent fraud.

2. Professional Conduct & Compliance

DigitalNode is a professional agency. We expect our partners to uphold high standards in their marketing efforts, in line with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).

Transparency: You must disclose your partner relationship to potential clients (e.g., using #Ad or “Partner Link”).
Search Marketing: Partners may not bid on “DigitalNode” or similar brand terms in Google Ads or other search engines.
Anti-Spam Policy: The use of unsolicited bulk emails or “spammy” marketing techniques will result in immediate account termination.

3. Restricted Activities

Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own partner link to sign up for your own services at a discounted rate.
Inappropriate Content: Partner links must not be hosted on sites featuring illegal, adult, or offensive material.
Brand Representation: You may not represent yourself as an employee or legal agent of DigitalNode. You are an independent contractor.

4. Program Changes & Termination

DigitalNode reserves the right to update these terms or terminate a partner agreement at any time if these guidelines are breached. Unpaid commissions resulting from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
